Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16oz rotini
  • 2 cups bell pepper
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1.5 cups chickpeas
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup dill

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Cook pasta & chop veggies.
  • Mix dressing.
  • Combine everything.
